3. PRICING, AVAILABILITY & PAYMENT:
The price for each Product is shown clearly on our site next to every item. We always try to make sure that the prices on yourfashionjewellery.com are accurate, however errors do occur. If we discover an error in pricing of any Product in which you have ordered, then you will be notified as soon as possible. We will contact you by the personal information which you have supplied to us. We will then give you option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (Please note that if we do not receive a reply from you within 7 working days of first notification, then your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded).
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods, once you proceed with your order.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available in stock, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered online are unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified you as soon as possible.
You must pay for your Order before they are dispatched and you can do so by using your credit or debit card through our secure PayPal set up payment system. Item will only be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.
4. SHIPPING:
You will also be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. Please see delivery info for more details on our charges. Please allow up to 7 Working days before contacting us to chase your order, however the majority of the time your item is shipped out within 2 working days.
5. QUALITY & DESCRIPTIONS:
All Jewellery & accessories are handpicked from across the world to provide you with the very best in contemporary style.
The quality of our products is at a very high standard and items are thoroughly checked before shipping. Each item is wrapped in Luxury tissue paper and tided with beautiful ribbon.
We try and add a description to compliment all of our products on our website, however we can not guarantee that any measurements stated are accurate, these are approximate and just as a guide. Also within our descriptions of items we do use such words as Silver or gold, however these are not implying that the items are actually Sterling silver or gold plated we are just describing the colour of the item. If an item however is Sterling Silver or Gold Plated then the website will indicate this.
We do pride ourselves in having high quality photos of all our products, however due to the light and other elements out of our control, items may be slightly different in colour and the size of the image does not reflect the size of the item.
All our products comply with the nickel directive. We use an “in house batch” wholesaler who test every line that has metal parts that could come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin. In addition they seek 3rd party verification testing before dispatched to ourselves.
6. REFUNDS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have ordered from us, then you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned, Your Fashion Jewellery will arrange for an exchange or refund depending on situation. If we do however receive items back and they are not in the original state of how they were send out, then an exchange or refund will not be offered and the items which you originally purchased will be sent back to you. Your Fashion Jewellery’s decision is final.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings, body jewellery or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment, usually within 14 working days.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES:
Your Fashion Jewellery Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift voucher issued has to be used all in one transaction, as you will not receive change or a credit. These vouches will have unique coding which can not be used more than once.
From time to time we do run various promotions, offering additional discount with the use of a promotional code. The relevant terms and conditions for a promotion code apply:
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.
- The promotional voucher can only be redeemed on the website at time of booking and discount can not be added once an order has been placed or at a later date.
