1. Delivery
Our Jewellery and Accessories are supplied directly from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail. Orders shipped by Special Delivery (Over £60) will require the addressee to sign for them. We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 1-2 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

2. Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Your Fashion Jewellery, you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit card account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque.
Please follow the return procedure as below:
- All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All return items must be received within 10 days of the RMA issued date.
- E-mail us at enquiries@yourfashionjewellery.com to obtain a RMA#. Please state the reason of return, order reference number, product code and contact name, telephone number and address.
- Returns will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed after we have received your items.
- We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a “proof of delivery”. Your Fashion Jewellery will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- All shipping back to Your Fashion Jewellery is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
